He has written global bestsellers including ‘Seven Brief Lessons on Physics’, translated in more than fifty languages. He has been included by the Foreign Policy magazine in the list of the 100 most influential global thinkers.
Matteo Smerlak leads a research group at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences. He is the president of the Global Peace Dividend Initiative.
